    • Owner wants to sell all assets of the business.
    • Owner either plans to exit business, or stay involved as a partner or employee.
    • PC will perform an initial business evaluation, and discuss goals of the owners.
    • PC will prepare a high level summary of the business's key metrics and business model. 
    • PC will market the business, and generate interest from buyers.
    • PC will act as a liaison between the seller and potential buyers as needed to move the deal forward. 
  • Bulk Account Sale (Seller)
    • Seller wishes wishes to sell all, or a portion of their RMR accounts without exiting the business or giving up ownership.
    • PC will perform an initial business evaluation and discuss goals of the owners. 
    • PC will prepare a high level summary of the account base metrics.
    • PC will market the account base, and generate interest from buyers. 
    • PC will act as a liaison between the seller and buyer as needed to drive the deal forward.
  • Buyers
    • PC will establish search criteria, and use our vast network to identify potential deals.
    • PC will provide key deal points and assist in due-diligence, negotiations and deal progression. 
    • PC will act as liaison between buyer and seller as needed to close deal.
